The narration of this book is based on daily conversations between my mum and I. There are five stories featured that reflect value differences between my mum, who is of traditional Chinese value and me, who had experienced migration thus represent modern and diverse values.The story used a play writing style which consists of introduction, scene title, setting, at rise, cast and the act.

The purpose of the book seeks to address this problem and encourage my readers especially those who have the similar experiences to face these issues and knowing that you are not the only one.
